Our Consultations
Engagement Plan
We have identified opportunities for stakeholders to inform the development and implementation of our Strategy during 2012 - 2013.
Below you can find documents outlining contextual information and expected stakeholder activities for specific themed areas that are defined in our Strategy document.
Obviously, plans evolve over the course of a year and we will update the plans throughout the year.

Assumptions about engagement
We will make use of smaller working groups on specific topics.
We will make best use of existing mechanisms such as:
- NDA/Trade Union meetings
- Site Stakeholder Groups
- Strategy Development and Delivery Group (SDDG)
- Magnox Chairs' Forum
- Insight magazine
- this website
We see value in
- an annual Site Stakeholder Group Chairs' Forum
- a National Event * *
* * Please note: National events will typically be midday to midday to enable travel on morning of day one and afternoon of day two, reducing the need for overnight accommodation. Attendance will be limited to 1 delegate per organisation in order to maximise stakeholder representation whilst also delivering value for money.
