Future Plans
This section provides a brief description of the Hunterston A site as outlined in the NDA's strategy.
The scope, schedule and cost of work needed to decommission the sites are reviewed annually by the NDA and its contractors during the Lifetime Plan (LTP) review process.
Site End States
| Current plans are all waste to be sent off site for disposal, all buildings to be cleared from the site and the site delicensed, landscaped and available for alternative reuse. |
