Tier 1 Working Group

The Tier 1 working group has been set up by the NDA and the Nuclear Industry Association (NIA) for contractors who are looking to manage large nuclear projects.
It gives international companies the opportunity to shape the forthcoming contracts.
Participation is by invitation only, via the NIA, but we recognise that all stakeholders will be interested in the issues discussed.
The topics to be covered at the meeting will include:
- nuclear indemnity
- shared services
- insurance
Mark Leggett, NDA Commercial Director, and Martin O'Neill, NIA Chief Executive Lord, will both be speaking at the meeting.
