NDA statement on publication of Epidemiology study by Westlakes Research Institute

The NDA welcomes the publication of this study as an important addition to our understanding of the working environment of those employed in the nuclear industry. An independent governance group including senior health experts, industry managers and trade unions will examine the study’s recommendations.
Those organisations with employees whose dosage records have been examined in the study have been carrying out workforce briefings and making further information available.
