Review of National Stakeholder Engagement Arrangements and Processes

Type: Non-Statutory

Starting Date: 21/05/2010

Closing Date: 21/09/2010

The NDA has employed a number of methods as part of its regular engagement with national stakeholders, including the National Stakeholder Group (NSG) which has met bi-annually since 2005.

The NDA commissioned a review of its arrangements for national stakeholder engagement because it wanted to:

  • reflect on more than five years of experience from working with stakeholders
  • consider whether or not the current arrangements remain "fit for purpose" and
  • review its expenditure on national engagement activities in the same way that it is looking at all other expenditure.
