Review of National Stakeholder Engagement Arrangements and Processes
Type: Non-Statutory
Starting Date: 21/05/2010
Closing Date: 14/09/2010
The NDA has employed a number of methods as part of its regular engagement with national stakeholders, including the National Stakeholder Group (NSG) which met bi-annually from 2005.
The NDA commissioned a review of its arrangements for national stakeholder engagement because it wanted to:
- reflect on more than five years of experience from working with stakeholders
- consider whether or not the current arrangements remain "fit for purpose" and
- review its expenditure on national engagement activities in the same way that it is looking at all other expenditure.
