Consultations and Engagement
Under Energy Act (2004) obligations we are required to carry out statutory consultations on:
- our Business Plan annually;
- revisions to our Strategy; and
- supporting Strategic Environmental Assessments.
In addition to statutory consultations there are also many other engagement opportunities to inform development of our strategy and plans, including:
- credible options papers
- preferred options papers
- position papers
After each consultation or period of engagement we provide a summary of what you have told us and how we have taken this into account in our planning and final documents.
