Jon Phillips joined the NDA from airport operator, BAA plc, where he had worked since 1992 in a number of roles, including Community Relations, Media Relations and Public Affairs.
As Communications Director at Heathrow, Jon was involved in building awareness and support for the sustainable growth and physical transformation of the airport, including the flagship Terminal 5 project. During his time at BAA he successfully completed an MBA through Surrey University.
Prior to joining BAA Jon spent five years working in consultancy PR and before that graduated from Birmingham Polytechnic with a BA Hons in Government Studies.
Jon is married with two children.
