Stephen Henwood was Group Managing Director of International Partnerships, BAE Systems until 2006, a role which included the chairmanship of the £2 billion missiles joint venture, MBDA.
He has a long and distinguished career in the international defence industry with BAE/British Aerospace from 1992. He previously worked for Tate and Lyle. He has a reputation for strong commercial leadership and programme delivery, in large, technically-complex organisations. He is a non-executive Director at Nord Anglia Education PLC, Hampson Industries PLC and at Lost Wax Media plc.
